CNAC/ J.D. Byrider Did not disclose accident lied about seeling it! Ripoff Kalamazoo Michigan

I purchased a 1998 Buick LeSabre from J.D. Byrider July, 2004. They did not tell me it had been in a major accident. My Ex got it reposesed in January of 2006 and according to them they sold it in auction in January. I went to Carfax.com and they have CNAC as a lein holder still on a different owner and I still owe them $7,700. If anyone else wants to do something. Go to https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 and file a report with the Federal Trade Commision. They can't get your money back (File a report with the justice department in your state and maybe you will), but they can do an investigation and make sure noone else is suckered in to what looks like a good deal.
