CNC INVESTMENTS INC. / ENTRADA POINTE APARTMENTS UNPAID BILLS RIO RANCHO New Mexico

Our company did business with Entrada Pointe Apartments in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, owned and managed by CNC Investments, from October 2007 through March 2008. We were hired by the office manager to clean the carpets they requested. We performed approximately $4,700 worth of carpet cleaning and the company has failed to pay for approximately $3,800 of that.

There has been no argument about the balance owed, the company has simply failed to pay. When we contacted Accounts Payable at CNC Investments in Houston, Texas, we were told the following, "The people that make the decisions about what bills to pay do not talk to vendors. I know that you are owed the money, but there is nothing I can do about it until those who make the payment decisions approve the payment."

It is now August 26, 2008, and we have still received nothing from this company. We have been granted a Default Judgment in favor of us and against the defendant, however they still have not paid.

This is clearly an unethical way of doing business. Successful companies, like successful people, pay the bills they owe. Financing poor business decisions on the backs of small businesses is shameful and CNC Investments appears to believe it is business as usual.
