Coach Outlet Mart they are selling fakes and cheaply made ones at that Internet

I ordered what was portrayed to be an authentic Coach Handbag at Coach Bag Outlet Mart and paid $75.99 for it.  When it came, it came from China, was definetely not leather, it was some cheap vinyl, the Coach Logo was a cheap poorly made imitation and was just stamped on.  The bag was a piece of crap.  I immediatly notified them that I wanted a refund because of poor quality amongst it being a fake and they said per their return policy I must return at my expense.  I did this and it cost me $35.00 to return.  I tracked package they did recieve it and I recieved an e mail stating so...However they tried to say that I used the bag and I had to agree to have them deduct an additional $20 for their postage to me.  The postage was free to me and included in price of bag at original sale.  I told them I wanted a full refund per their return policy as stated on the website which did not say I had to agree to ant additional postage fees.  That was in August 2010 it is now Mid October 2010.  I have sent at least 30 e mails requesting my refund and they are just ignoring me.  I advise anayone to avoid getting ripped off like me and do not purchase aanything from them.  I contacted the Federal Trade commission after this happened to me and apparantly this is not their first complaint.  Save your money and buy elsewhere.  I am still awaiting my refund.
