Coal Glow they will not honor a money back guarantee for I was 5 days late of the deadline, the product does not work and I want a refund. It was a trial that I ordered and was billed for the complete product which they said they shipped to me and no matter what the date was that I received it or the bill did not matter. Supervisor would not talk to me. Very disappointed in product and customer service. What everyone to stop buying from them. Internet Nationwide

Coal Glow is a beauty prodct that is suppose to reduce wringles and give you a youth full appearance.

Purchased on internet for a trial sample at a very low price of $4.94 for eye cream an $5.94 for moisturizer on 1/27. on 2/11 my credit card was charged $97.92 for the eye cream and $ 92.94 for moisturizer.  I called on March 3rd to get a refund for I was displeased with the product.  Did not see any results at all.  

I was never able to speak to a supervisor for the customer service rep just left me on hold while she addressed my issues to her supervisor.  I was refused the return of my purchase money due to being 5 days late of the deadline.  Really!!!!

I tried to go to the website to give a review so no one else would be ripped off then I noticed someone else had made the same request as me for money back and displeased with the product.  She was able to get her money back except for $35.

There was no mention in my package about the cost and guarantee.  Besides I did not receive the package on the date they charged my account 1/27 so how could I give it a trial without a proper length of time.  Rip Off.

I will also report them to Better Business Bureau and Consumer reports.
