If the reviews of Coast 2 Coast Properties in Oregon City, Oregon had been available when I was needing temp housing, I would never have contacted them.

Do they keep your deposit?  Yes

Do they bilk Waterhouse apartments of rent so that, me, as the unwitting renter, is evicted?  yes

Did they do this to two other people renting from them at Waterhouse when I was?   Yes

This man swears that he is a Christain and a good person.  From the eviction notices hung on my door and the surprise eviction 3 days before I was to move into my own house, he was involved in litigation with Cypress LLC/Waterhouse Apartments before May 2016 and rented to me and others feloniously.

Unfortunately, being a Christian does not forego criminal behavior.  He also swears he has cancer and is in and out of the hospital - causing him to miss court dates.  His attorney was unavailable to attend the court dates as well.  There's always an excuse. 

Living in "his" apartment was the most horrendous experience I've had in my life and I'm 64!!!!!   Dont listen to him go on and on about his plight in life and that he is "a nice guy."  He's anything but.
