I bought a item from this comany on Feb 21 2008. I waited for 2 weeks for my item to be shipped to me and guess what NOTHING. So i contacted customer service and spoke to a sale representative, he could not help me so he transfered me to his supervisor John. He stated that my order was on back or with no estamated time of arrivale to them and didnt understand why no one contacted me. The gentalman stated that he had another product that he would have shipped out the next day for me, and said he would email me to let me know guess what NOTHING. I have tried to contact them just to give me my money back and they want return my money either. SO STAY AWAY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
