COAST MITIGATION THREATENED ME SANTA ANA California

I received a call at work from a Joel Durham, he stated that they are going to serve me legal documents at work for a law suit they filed against me for a credit card that I did not even know about. Apparently it is over 11 years old.

He told me that they are going to take my pay check and my bank accounts and anything that i have of value. I asked him for his address and he told me that the only way that he would give it to me is if I gave him 6 months of post dated checks to take care of the bill. I asked him again and he told me that it is not his job to do the homework for me that he is not going to give to me so that I could send in a cease and desist letter to them. I told him that i do not know about this card and need more information and again he told me that he is not going to give to me without my post dated checks.

I ended the call and he called my job back and asked for the manager and then told them that they needed to send over the court paperwork for a garnishment. They told him to hold on and put him on speaker phone and then asked him for what he told them that I did not pay my obligation to a credit card and I owe allot of money and they need to do a garnishment, my manager asked him for the attorney name they have and he told her that they do not need attorney for small claims she then asked for the court docket number and he told her that he does not have to provide that to her. She then told him that he is no longer allowed to call and she ended the call. He called right back and asked for me. I told him the same thing and he started yelling at me and calling me names.
