Coast Mountain RV and TRailer Rentals Ripped me off of my deposit by fraudulently putting false damages, services and terms and conditions that were never signed for. Rip-off trailer rental Vancouver, Burnaby, British Columbia

 Coast Mountain RV &Trailer Rentals rented my two kids and I a tent trailer. Because my wife was pregnant and needed rest, she was unable to come with us. They made up non-existent false claims of damages that they were never able to substantiate with repair bills.

 One of the claims was electrical damage done to an electrical panel done by a jug of water. The jug of water was secured in an upright position with the cap tight in an enclosed space away from the electrical panel. I talked to an electrician who said that the only damage that they would claim is a leaky jug of water getting to the panel making it wet. Corrosion would be the result, over a long period of time say six months.

 Another claim was the trailer not being safely secured. I brought it back and secured it on all three wheels, the third being the hitch wheel. I tested it before leaving it and it was fine. They said it could have rolled into traffic. They had three other trailers that were secured similarly on a way steeper incline and they were not going any where.

 Another claim was that I was to return it during a certain time. When I signed the agreement, I was to bring it back before 12 PM.

 When I got the trailer, the fridge never worked, the keys would not lock the door and we were never supplied with an awning. The trailer we got looked like it was twenty years old. They did not give us a trailer that we had signed for.

  I followed all of their terms and conditions to a T and yet they created more terms and conditions that I never signed for. They are listed with the Better Business Bureau with the same complaints that I had. Never use them for a camping experience.!!!
