 This was the worst football league I have ever had my kid in. Owners are biased to particular kids and teams. Had issues with jersey for my son because he was a tall stocky kid and had to order a larger size, they promised it would come in 1 week. My son had to play 5 games without a jersey and he was so embarrassed and didn't want to play after awhile. We asked and asked and they kept on ignoring our phone calls. They never ordered it because he never got it. They simply didn't care. We requested money back... Didn't happen.

Jersey's vs Sizes

We appreciate this report that this patron has taken the time to file.  As it has alerted us to the displeasures of a particular patron.  

Although we do find this particular complaint is a bit odd as this incident occurred 3 years ago, so we really feel terrible that this has one of our patrons this upset that they would decide to post a rip-off report complaint 36 months later.   However, in reference to her complaint, we were not made aware of the size of her son prior to the ordering of jerseys, we did issue the parent an apology in reference to the sizing issues and we ordered her a new jersey for her son.  It did not take 5 weeks for the jersey to come in, but it did take 3 weeks, as the jerseys for her particular team were on back-order for the size needed.  So when the jersey came in we were in fall break, so 3 out of the 8 games were played and we did not have games during the fall break, and when we returned to play which was week 4, the jersey was given to the Head Coach.  The coach later notified us, that the young man had not been to any of the recent practices and was not at the game that evening.  We notified the parents via email that the jersey was in and the coach has the jersey.  The response we received from the parent, was asking for a refund.  We declined to provide the refund as we had provided everything that we promised upon the initial sale.  We provided the game jersey, 8 games plus end of season tournament, and we promised fun. They elected to no longer participate.  We had no issue with the child, or the mom.  The issue was with the jersey Distributor that the NFL make us go thru for the ordering of the jerseys.  However, she felt like her son was being singled out, and we don't single out any of our patrons, especially a child, being the youth is who we do this for.  The jersey issue was something that was beyond our control initially, but we did resolve the jersey issue/concern.  And as a matter of fact we still have her sons jersey to this day.  

Although we do not offer refunds.  We are sorry for her initial experience however, we are always willing to work with our patrons to get things right, we don't ignore, any of our customers.
