I ordered a leaning post for my center console boat back in June.  I was told that they could have it built and delivered in three weeks.  I was in contact several times with Justin Jeffers on both email and phone conversations and he assured me that everything was going as planned.   After three weeks he made an excuse that it was built but the person that built the cushon for the seat was on vacation.  So I did not get the leaning post as promised.  After three more weeks I called and emailed again and they said they were opening a new business out west and that my leaning post would be built there....more crap...when I made a comment about them not meeting their agreement, he got very nasty on email and said they didn't need my business anyway and did I want the leaning post or not.  I said yes I would like the leaning post built.  That was over a month ago.  Of course, I paid for the leaning post, including shipping in advance.  Now, the phone number does not work, the website does not work and they will not return my messages.  I have demanded a refund and will turn it over to my attorney if I don't hear back from them this week.

Do not deal with these folks, they will not deliver the product.
