Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions Scamers - persistant - Internet

I received a call today at 10:10 am from "Jonathan" telling me that he had preapproved buyers who would be interested in my timeshare.  I own 13 weeks - a quarter share at the Grand Summit, Park City, UT.  I gave him a little information on the unit and also told him I already had it listed with another company. 

He took a few minutes to explain that his company "Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions" did not make a commission on the sale of the time share but instead on the "back end" (whatever that means) He gave me their website - www.coastalpremiersolutions.com and told me to have a look and that it was in their best interest to have many different timeshares available because it makes the company look good.

Not even an hour later I received a call from Joshua telling me they already had a buyer for all 13 weeks.  He rattled off a bunch of information - but the bottom line was I would have a check for over $91,000 within 40-60 days.  They would also be paying the 6% commission to my listing agent.  All I need to do was give him my credit card so he could get the title fees etc upfront - just over $2100.  This money would then be refunded as part of the $91,000 settlement check.  Sounds like a scam to me.  He was very persistant and kept reminding me that he is "the timeshare professional"  When he could not email, mail of even fax me any of what he was saying I refused to give my credit card number.

I think this company is the same as CVS - and another Marketing company that has yet again changed their name.  Both Jonanthan and Joshua mentioned that I could search the internet and the BBB and I would not find ANY complaints about Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions.
