Coastal Publications I sent them my money, and I didn't receive anything from the company Jersey City New Jersey

I paid the starter fee of $45 and the express shipping fee of $25. I got the registration form in the mail, and read it throughly, and I thought I completely understood the process of the work-from-home company. I was supposed to receive envelopes in the mail already stamped and addressed, and all I was supposed to do was stuff them with the advertisments that they send with the envelopes. I was supposed to receive $10 for every envelope that I stuffed with their advertisment materials, and I would receive my $45 starter fee back after I mailed my first 100 envelopes. I haven't received anything from the company and Ive tried finding ways to contact them, but they dont have a phone number, or a web site that I can contact them with. Please help me to get my $70 back and to put an end to this company, or these people, that are taking advantage of people. Help me to stop them from robbing anyone else.
