Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In March, 2006 I won a Loews Cinneplex Season Pass worth $1500. In June their contractor E-Prize sent me a certificate to redeem the prize. Loews has not sent the prize nor can you contact them. E-Prize will not see this through for me. I can't get help at Coke. This report should also be towards E-Prize and Loews as well. Hopefully someone will see this and help me. I have a copy of the certificate, copies of the email I received, Certified mail receipts, etc. If I'm having problems, I'm sure there are other people out there having this same problem. Help. Thanks!

Wouldn't it be easier to just go to the movies when you feel like it and submit the ticket stubs with a letter requesting refund? Just make one letter, make copies, and submit it with everything to their accounts payable department in Atlanta. Someone will contact you.

Still no help from Coke

9/29/06 - I got a hold of someone at Coke who lead me to believe he would help. Let's see...
10/12/06 - Never heard from David at Coke, so I called today and spoke w/Sandra. She said they called me back, but I didn't get a message (and I left my cell and home numbers). I had to explain the story again and Sandra tells me she will let her manager know and have someone help me.
I REALLY need help from someone at COKE, E-Prize or Loews Cineplex - Please please please...
