Cochran Landscaping Management, Inc Todd Cochran Sent drunk, illegal immigrants to do my lawn care Easley South Carolina

I hired Cochran Landscaping Management, Inc to take care of my family owned and operated business. The first time the crew came they did agreat job and I had no complaints. 

Now on to the second visit. Totally different experience. Todd Cochran owner of Cochran Landscaping Management,  Inc. sent a crew to my business that were under the influence of alcohol. The actual driver was inside the company vehicle passed out at the wheel. I was in shock and didn't really know how to handle the situation.

So I decided first thing, I'll take pictures to prove to Mr.Todd Cochran that the workers he sent to my family business were in fact under the influence of alcohol. So i took pictures of the "passed" out driver.....and tookna video of the other workers drinking Bud Lite on my property. Then I approached one of the crew members and informed him that I didn't appreciate them drinking on my property first of all, secondly informed him that they were breaking the law and that I my wife was inside on the phone with the police. 

As soon as I said that he starting yelling at his co-workers in a foreign language that I couldn't understand and they gathered up their equipmentand were gone.

So when the authorties got there, I showed them the video and pictures and they filed a report and they were gone.

Now onto the ending......I immediately called Todd Cochran and told him what had taken place and I didnt appreciate him sending people like that to my business. He acted as if they done nothing wrong. I told him to come to my office to see the video and pictures and to discuss what we were going to do to rectify the situation. He agreed to meet me the following Monday at 9 a.m. and he never showed up.

I called him over 100 times and have left over 75 messages and not a single call back. I paid for one year of lawn care and haven't seen nor heard from him or anyone affiliated with Cochran Landscaping. This happened over 2-months ago.....

After talking to several people about this situation, I have decided to file a civil case against Mr.Todd Cochran. This is the only way I can get mymoney back that I paid him. 

I hope people see this before they hire this company to do any work for them. This could be a different ending. What if one of those intoxicated workers would have ran over a child with the big tractor style riding lawn mower he was operating while under the influence of alcohol?  It very easily could have happened. Thank God it didn't.

This company needs to be shut down.
