Code 3 Tactical Supply C3T Beware, unprofessional, criminal, terrible service Thierer, Wisconsin Internet

 On May 29, 2015 I placed an order for 1 item, which I thought would be in stock, the item is a simple radio carrier, a very common item needed for Police or Security duty use. Online store looked credible, so, I placed my order. Never have done business with this company in the past, so to my surprise, my card was immediately debited, taking out 44.00 and some change, I received the thank you e mail, and didn't think anything of it. My experience with other companies is, their online site usually tells your how many are in stock, or simple words like "in stock" or "not in stock" are placed next to the items on their sites, and you receive an email within a day or 2 telling you your item shipped. I received nothing. After 6 business days, I emailed Code 3 Tactical inquiring about the status of my order, a day or 2 later, I received an email from Sara, who ever that is, saying my order was not in stock and would be placed on short term back order. No biggie, right? it happens. I did some research and found a vast archive of online complaints, it's common where people place orders, get charged and, appears 90% of the time items are thrown on back order for weeks while items "are not in stock" and will be ordered from the manufacturers and will be shipped as soon as they get them in stock. BBB had apparently investigated the company and given them an F rating. I knew I messed up ordering from this company immediately. I attempted to keep E mails flowing daily for my item and was asked if I would like to cancel my order, and it had already been ordered from the manufacturer and should be in within a few days, I told them no, keep my order coming as it would be more of a hassle canceling and reordering from someone else, especially seeing as my item should be in and shipped within a couple days. Another week passes. I suddenly receive an email with a shipment receipt saying within 48 hours I will receive my tracking number. I figured my item was on the way. Three days pass, no tracking number, no package. I email them, receive no reply after repeated attempts in trying to get my tracking number, also seeing as how my online order status went from back order to extended short term order. I finally got an email after almost a week of attempts, ORDER CANCELLED, problem was, I never cancelled my order. I received a generic response with the owners apologizes, apparently they had problems getting it in stock and they were canceling my order seeing as they couldn't tell me when my order would be in stock, apparently they are going to refund my money, it's been a week since that and money has yet to be placed back into my account. Unprofessional company, crooks, thieves. Online reviews are good indications, however, I didn't see the reviews until after I placed my order. This inline site should be black listed and/or removed for good. I've since ordered my item from other companies and it's on its way, will probably get my package from someone else faster than I get my refund from C3T. I urge you to stay away from Code 3 Tactical. I will be following up with BBB and voice a complaint there as well.
