Coffee For Less Fraudulent Charge Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Coffee For Less - This company charged my Visa $149 for something I never ordered.  When I called, I spoke to someone called Marvin (probably not his real name and from a foreign country), he said there were 10 people with my name and he did not see a charge recently.  I explained it showed in my bank statement.

I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told Katrina (probably false also) was on a break and he would send her an email and she would call me back.  She never called back that day.

This company obviously kept my credit card I go from a previous order I had made two months prior.  They are not supposed to keep your I formation!  Now I am inconvenienced because my bank will cancel this card and issue me another one. I will have to notify all entities that have my current information.  Do not buy from this company!  I will never do so again.
