I am a disabled single mother and i was looking for a place to call home and terry in the beginning was really trying to help me the house that i finally decided on was not what i would have picked but the lake is what sold me i love to fish and i just knew that this house was for me i sat on the dock which is facing my house and a path straight to dock from the back of the house to dock was only about 200 ft well me and my kids started cleaning the back yard clearing limbs and debris so that when we looked out our windows we can see the beautiful lake and land and enjoy what we have done and be happy with our decision on choosing this house i was told by terri dodson that the lake was part of the piuroperty and that we would really enjoy ourselves here well bout 2 months after being there we almost got locked up for tresspassing it appears that this lakeview property was not part of the home and we were not allowed to be fishing i could not understand why this management company would list it as a lakeview property and the police had to talk to management company they said they would get in touch with property owner and get back w me terri called and said sorry but the lake is not part of the home and i asked why she said the lake is part of the home and that they lied to me just to get my money
You would think that its false advertisement and she just told a flat out lie said if i didnt want to stay there to move well guess what i cant i am on a fixed income
i think they should have offered me moving cost and my deposit and pet fees should have been offered to me now we hate the place and who wants to look at a lake everday and you cant fish terry dodson is a liar and is just out to fill her pockets and the company is just allowed it very bad business
