Finance manager is a rude and unprofessional. While signing paperwork he was on phone with coworker about an email he received. The person was stating how he felt they did a bait and switch on him. Mind you he is laughing about this while he has new customers in his office. He said he may call me in a few days to sign more paperwork. I said ok. A week and two days later he calls me to say I need to put more money down and payments will go up to $500 a month. I told him no and said to make sure you have my money for me.

He tried to say he would mail it to me. I asked him did I mail my payment for the car when I received it. Proceed to say he had to request it I told him to  do what he needed to make this exchange right. I feel the finance manager was not upfront and if I knew this was going to happens I would of never bothered with them.
