Found a beautiful CR-V online for $4499. Spoke with Brianna Cuffee about coming in and that I had cash in hand. I get there and was greeted by Silvana Moore. She had the CR-V pulled out for a test drive and saw that it was stickered at $5700. She assured me they would honor their online price so we went for the test drive.

I fell in love with the CR-V. We get back and sit down. I ask her for the out the door price and she said she had to get with her sales manager to get that number. She comes back being lead by her sales manager who flat out said their online price was wrong, they would not honor it and he wouldn’t even work with me to find a middle number. So I got up and walked out with apologies from Sylvana as I left.

The day after I posted a poor google review and was emailed by their GM Ed Stockel. He told me they would honor the online price and nothing else. Nothing about the price deception that led me in. He treated it like giving me the online price was some kind of deal. So I asked him for an additional $760 off to make up for my problems and here is his reply Robert I am a regular person.
