I wish I could address you but without knowing who you are or what puppy you received I am not able to do so. I will however say that reading this breaks my heart. I pride myself on raising healthy puppies and if you received a puppy that was sick and said nothing to me then how can I make things right?I have no idea what you claim was wrong with the puppy. I was not notiified any incurring vet bills. I have raised Maltese for over 15 years and never had a bad report. I'm not saying I have never had a parasite in a puppy. Any breeder would be lying if they said that. But every effort is made to place healthy puppies and I've would have reimbursed you if you incurred vet bills. You state there was a "stench"? I'm honestly taken aback by that statement as every single person who has come to my home to visit puppies has said the opposite. They have always stated how clean it is. So I'm not sure where the basis is for that statement. We do have a kennel building, which we keep as clean as possible. Our dogs are well cared for and loved. My mother in law is here and raises her poodles and doodles. I Raise Maltese, years ago I tried my hand at Pomeranians but could not find a passion for them like I love the Maltese. So I got out of raising them and focus solely on my Maltese. I'm not sure what other breeds you think I have but it just isn't true. The "big outside yard" you speak of is true. We have 100 foot long play areas that allow our dogs to get out every single day to play. They have two step pools, and toys and ample room to run. Your final statement that I advertiseas being in both Ohio and Indians is also not true. NEVER have I claimed to be from Indiana. There will never be any statement from me that I live or have ever lived in Indiana. I am from Ohio and always have been.

With all of this being said, the core issue is that you are unhappy and I want you to know I would be happy to take back the puppy you speak of, and issue a full refund or at  the very least discuss your vet bill you have incurred. I have always been fair with people. Always.

And I believe whole heartedly you would see that during your visit. Yes , there are times little things arise such as a puppy having a worm or something. We raise dogs. It's inevitable. I truly do make every effort to ensure your puppy is healthy before leaving my home.
