   I did online search to CIBC bank website (CIBC Online Banking / CIBCs Online Banking-sign in to your Account-TradeFastNow.com) on Oct ,2016. First, let me do CIBC Bank research, ask me How often go CIBC branch? Whether or not introduce friends join CIBC bank...... Then show 4 kinds products free try, pay deliver charge only. two weeks later, they charge my credit card $137.41ca and $136.97ca for two small bottle products. I called the company immdiately cancell the order and want return products, they refuse to return products ,only refund $30us each. so I need pay for $98.36ca and $97.92ca for two small bottles. I am 76 years old and retired couldn't afford it. I would like return two small bottle products which I never open it and get my money back.

   The company is not honest, First, Use CIBC bank website ( never get permission ) sell products, people suppose CIBC bank do promotion. second, They said free try never said charge two week later, Third, Customers are not satisfieed, They don't allow return products. It is cheating customer.
