Cohen's Optical In Riverhead Is NOT TO BE BELIEVED!!!

I had gone to the Riverhead location in July 2009 to get a $90 eye exam.

I left with disposable contacts and the feeling as if all was well.

IT WAS NOT.

On September 10, I contacted the location to get my prescription faxed to an eye doctor in Connecticut.

I COULD NOT SEE AFTER MY SON HAD KNOCKED A CONTACT OUT.

I was told I would get a call back before 7pm that night. Not hearing a word, I called. I was very rudely told that nothing would be done before 10am the next day.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THESE PEOPLE WERE ON THE PHONE.

At 10am the on Sept 11, I was at a local opticians office and had them call for the prescription. The optical assistant was rudely dismissed and told they would get to it.

They did not.

We eventually had to get the DOCTOR HIMSELF TO CALL.

He was told that the location had LOST MY PRESCRIPTION!!!

And he could NOT believe how rude they were being.

I called to speak to the owner on Sept  14 and was hung up on 4 times.

DO NOT PATRONIZE COHEN'S OPTICAL IN RIVERHEAD.

THEY ARE OF THE BELIEF THAT THEY ARE ABOVE WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ROUTINE.

AWFUL, HORRIBLE COMPANY.
