Watched Morgan Spurlock on the HBO special Inside Man...the show was about Bit Coin and how it is becoming the next currency and how very easy it is to get a "wallet" and buy bitcoins.  I was intrigued and searched the web and found a seller named:  Coinbase.com

I decided to try bitcoin.  I downloaded a wallet.  I linked my bank account and authorized the payment of one bitcoin. 

First, I was dumbfounded that the bitcoin would not be mine for 4-5 business days even though the funds were autorized by my financial institution for immediate payment.

Next, I received an email that bitcoin selling price had gone up and since my bitcoin was not yet "delivered" to me electronically  that I had to pay the new increased price. 

I okayed that.

Then I received an email from their security team telling me that my transaction was "suspicious" and had to be manually reviewed before the aforementioned bitcoin was deliverd.

They wanted more and more information about me before processing.  Then they cancelled the transaction again saying it was deemed "suspicious" because of the email address I used (one with a domain name that I have owned for 15-plus years).  They said it would take 7-days to refund my money to my bank

They used my money, upped the price, replied my transaction (the purchase of one bitcoin) was suspicious and then cancelled...I still do not have any response from them as to why my transaction was cancelled or declared suspicious.

This company is a total Rip-Off...
