2 months ago I made 1 simple transfer out in Bitcoin to my other wallet address of $12,000 which 8 weeks still has not showed. I sent a support request never to hear from them again. This is fraud, I cannot believe that in over 8 weeks they get away with this. I have los thousands The customer service is rubbish. The phone number tells you to submit a ticket. This is a SCAM, and I am reporting them to ASIC. This should be regulated. Do not put your money in CoinJar expecting to ever get it out.
