Coinjar Missing Funds Melbourne Victoria

My $20000 have gone missing through a transaction, into somebody else's account. I have tried to contact Coinjar on many ocassions, only receiving one email back in the last month just to let me know they will look into it.

I haven't had any more response since that first email. I've tried to contact them by phone, only to find out they do not receive phone calls, either in their Melbourne and UK offices. Fifteen emails later and still no response. It's becoming more obvious that Coinjar really do not care about their clients' problem in any way.

I would personally advise anybody in Cryptocurrency to stir well clear of such a con of an exchange. They will offer more money than other exchanges to draw you in, but none of that really matter when all your funds dissappear.
