Coinstar at Safeway west reno store warning defective machine reno Nevada

I put over 15000 pennies in a Coinstar machine and it spit out the wrong e-gift voucher. I waited 2 hours for customer service to open. The one and only person there was no help and eventually hung up on me telling me I had no recourse. I sat and watched the machine while she told me the store manager was checking the machine for errors. I never saw anyone even approach the machine. When I confronted her on this she said a man put "something" in front of the screen so she could see that there were "no errors". Words were exchanged as I asked for a supervisor, corporate or a higher being. She said she was the manager, supervisor, the only person and Corporate would just direct me back to her. She hung up on me.  I then approached the store manager who had just come on duty. She said she had the only key to the Coinstar and the night manager did not have access to it. She inserted her key and got a print out. Nothing is shown on the screen. I never got to hold the actual print out to read it! Beware!
