Colder's Furniture Selling defective products Oak Creek Wisconsin

We purchased a recliner in June of 2015 and also purchased extened warranty on this recliner. About 2 months ago the arm of the recliner started feeling loose and has now pulled away due to staples coming out.

My husband contacted Colders about this and we were told to submit pictures which we did.  We received a called today and they said they were not going to cover this.  There customer servic guy named Cody hung up on him. 

I called back and spoke to Abner who also said they were not covering this that it looked like it was a problem with the frame. Well I explained to this very young man that it is not the frame you can see where the staples have sperated.

  I have never paid so much for a piece of furnicture ($500) to have it fall apart like this. I had spoke to supervisior who said she would at least have someone come out and look at it.

  This company gives people false hope by selling them a 5 year worthless warranty.  I will never purchase another product from them and will let everyone know what type of no service they have.
