New catalog states free shipping if order placed before Dec 17. In the same catalog they attach a card 'Our Gift To You' for $25.00. When you use the gift card for $25.00 you no longer get free freight. I could find no place that this is stated. I called the 800 number to be told that I would have to pay freight, therefore I cancelled the order for $258.00

How much was the "freight"?

AUTHOR: Peter - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 04, 2006

Assuming that the "freight" cost less than $25 (as in most cases), then the $25 coupon would have put you ahead of the game and you would have SAVED money. It makes absolutely no sense for you to have cancelled your order.
