Coldwater Creek BEWARE! Offering Sales on Items That Are Not Available Internet

Coldwater Creek offered 50% OFF on all catalog items on Christmas Day. I placed an order for five separate and distinct items. An order number was generated, a confirmation email was received.

Almost one month later I still had not received any of the items ordered so I called the 800 number Customer Service department. I was told that none -- I repeat NONE -- of the five items I ordered was still available and that my entire order had been canceled. These were five different clothing and home decor items that were available on the web site the first day of the sale and I received an order confirmation and order number for the items purchased. It took them until January 1st to determine that they didn't have the items and I was nver informed of the order cancelation until I called to track it.

Don't waste your time placing an order for sale items from Coldwater Creek. They probably don't have them.
