IF YOU READ THE STORIES I STATED THAT WE MOVED OUT MIDDLE OF MAY OF THIS YEAR WHEN WE SAW THE RAT IN THE KITCHEN. WE MOVED IN JULY 2012. WE STAYED WITH FAMILY THEN TOOK OUR FURNITURE OUT END OF MAY 2016. LEASE WAS UP END OF JUNE 2016. THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY FOR JUNES RENT. MEANWHILE I WANTED MY HALF MONTH RENT REFUNDED, COST OF 2 DAY UHAUL RENTAL AND STORAGE UNIT AND MY SECURITY. THEY TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH LANDLORD ITS NOT COLDWELL BANKERS OR KOCHMANS PROBLEM. MEANWHILE I DEALT WITH THE KOCHMANS THE WHOLE TIME.I GOT A LAWYER TO DEAL WITH LANDLORDS LAWYER AND HE SAID WE DESTROYED HOUSE. THATS WHY WE ARE NOT GETTING MONEY BACK,MEANWHILE KOCHMANS WENT IN WITHOUT US TO DO WALK THROUGH AS PROMISED AND CHANGED LOCKS JUNE 1ST. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS.     they were our property mgrs for 4 years for xx strathmore ct dr in coram, ny 11727. they are not trustworthy. they always try to twist situations to their favor. we are out 2700 dollars because of their actions.. they are trying to sell a house for the landlord bonnie nichols who lives in florida which was rat infested when i finally left end of may 2016 because of situation and they were more concerned about selling house. very unprofessional couple. would not recommend, she will charm you to get what they want. Kochmans changed the locks went inside without a promised walk through and said we destroyed house just to get out of having landlord pay us. all true have pics and docs to prove it.they now are renting house. they said we destroyed house mean while they went in before us and there were rats in house. refuse to give us list of damages. spoke with Rose of coldwell bankers ,she is in charge of coldwell bankers in shoreham, she did not help either with my request of list of damages. she said she saw pictures, meanwhile kochman and coldwell bankers refuse to show me pics or list of so called damage. i have no contact with landlord and they refuse to give me contact info. landlord lives in florida so i can not take her to small claims court. it was all planned out.I DID NOT LIVE THERE 4 YEARS WITH RATS. I NOTICED THEM IN APRIL WHEN I WAS TOLD LANDLORD WAS SELLING HOUSE AND I WENT IN THE BASEMENT TO START PACKING AND ORGANIZING. OUR LEASE WAS UP END OF JUNE, BUT WE LEFT MAY 15TH STAYED WITH FAMILY AND WENT BACK END OF MAY TO TAKE OUT FURNITURE AND PUT ALL IN STORAGE AND RENT A UHAUL TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS.
