Then I was refused an exchange !!

I was stressed and inconvenienced for no reason.

I begged for some cooperation.

Manager didnt want to know.

I wrote to CEO and got a call from their offices.

They were rude and arguing over a few dollars.

for a multibillion dollar company to argue in that manner was shocking.

I have begged assistance from the CEO and tweeted countless times.

They have adopted to ignore me.

I have maintained polite and courteous protocol at all times with them

I recommend dont shop at this store because when you need help - they wont help you

and you will have wasted your money
