I bought a letter from this company/person that was suppose to be a response letter to a letter that I recieved fron the IRS. When i paid the money I got a PDF copy of a 5 page letter that even if I want to send it to the IRS I would have had to type the 5 page letter over. I requested that she send me a copy of the document in word and she indicated to me that I could just go on line and get a PDF editor.. WOW!! In addition to that once I read the letter I told her that the letter she sent over to me was a letter that the IRS would consider frivilous and she told me that the person she got the letter from said that it works fine.. HUH? I told her that what she was telling me was; the letter she sold me wasn't created by her and didn't know from her own personal experience that it worked except that some guy that she'd have to find the email from told her it worked. WOW !!! Really? I told her that I knew her time was worth something for sending the letter to me that she could keep $50.00 of $150.00 but to please refund the the 100.00 back to me for sellling me something that the IRS was going to consider frivilous and useless to me.. I even sent her 2 different letters that were in word documents that were more on point then the letter in PDF that she had plagiarized from some unknown source that was sent to me.. Her response to me was just send the letter off and if the letter didn't work in thirty days she'd give me a refund of my money... the IRS doesn't and didn't responsed in thirty days and even if I would have responded with the letter she sent me it would have been deemed as tax protester arguement and they would have possibly hit with a frilivous letter penalty.. (many YEARS of past experience with this matter) BUT she already knew that the IRS wouldn't repsonse in thirty days is why she made the offer becuase when I told her that I was disappointed in what I got and she and I knew that the IRS wouldn't repsonse in 30 days her response was, "have a good day!!" OH and the reason she wants you to use google wallet instead of paypal is there is no way of getting your money back. She will tell you it is the fee but it's because you have no recourse except her.. SO the moral of me sharing is BUYER beware of any products from this person and or Company because it is my belief from my experience she doesn't stand behind what she sales and possible doesn't create or support the products she sales...
