    I had a 29,000 dollars hospital bill due to the company I worked for switching to a bad insurance company. I was making payment to the hospital every month the next thing I knew  in 2011, I was being sued by HK Hollins.  I starting sending my payments to him  but have never received a statement. I was unaware he was charging me 12 % interest. My balance is now 38,000 dollars  Last month I was a few days late on my payment. I tried to call him office several times but never talked to anyone. I left several messages.

    Finally today i was able to talk to someone.  I was informed they were going to start garnishment of my paycheck up to 25%.  I can not afford that.   I know several people who have had problems with Hollins.  Is there anything I can do to stop the garnishment and get the interest decreased?
