An agent called Michael khan works for Collective pos solutions offered me a ratr for a point of sale machine which I couldn't tefuse. after a while I found that they are charging me 5cents on every transaction on top of their rate. They are double charging me also with another company called elavon. Anyway I called to fix but they refused so I ended up paying 300 dollars cancelation fee which I was ok. the surprise was that there was another company callef NLS I have to cancel with them. I called the NLS company so they told me that this contract is no way to cancel it no matter what I have to keep paying the fees for five years.my advice for buisness owners to avoid this company.
