I am someone who qualified and started off as a happy client speaking Russ from the company (very nice) paid in full, received paperwork, electronic agreements, All Completed, and still have not gotten any results..when I called to find out about my case I was transferred to another department, or they couldn't find my information in their records now any number I had on my paperwork, or in my phone to try to discuss my case are disconnected..Who/Whom can I speak to concerning this matter?..

My name is Joe and I just finished using College Lending Solutions to consolidate my loans that were in default. Not only is this not a scam, but they were very helpful in aiding me through the process the entire way. Anytime I had a question I called and talked to Steven Devito personally. This company also helped me cause they were willing to accept payments towards the consolidation and I did not need to pay a lot of money upfront. All in all I'm a very satisfied customer and told Steven on the phone that I would be writing this rebuttal.

My name is Stephen DeVito and I am the owner of College Lending Solutions.  The complaint listed on this website is incorrect.  The client was never charged any money from College Lending Solutions, she paid a debt management service who transferred her to me at College Lending Solutions.  I went over the clients loans and it was determined that she did not qualify for our program.  The client believes that she paid College Lending Solutions but if she would check her credit card statement she would see that College Lending Solutions never charged her card she was just referred to CLS as a possible candidate for the program.  College Lending Solutions has an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau and we have always refunded our client's money that we couldn't help.
