Beware! The CSN online application website is designed to classify you as a "NON-RESIDENT" so that they can charge you NON-RESIDENT tuition fees. Once you are classified as a non-resident you have to fill out a "Residency Application" which is only accepted on certain dates and requires tax returns, copies of Identification, and multiple other document copies to prove your residency. Do not register for any classes if you are classified as a non-resident because they will not refund the non-resident fees even after you prove your residency. The college has designed their online application process to intentionally classify as many people as possible as non-residents, so they can collect the extra money from people. Read any emails they send you very carefully. And, specifically look for any verbiage that mentions "Non-Resident" status.
