From day one I have never had an ounce of satisfaction from Colley Pools. I have an inground liner pool that was installed 6 years ago. It is unsightly due to the massive concrete cracks around my walkway that appeared a few weeks after it was installed. Because drainage was never installed by them, my liner has floated several times causing it to tear around the base of the stairs. I spent close to $30,000 on my pool 6 years ago. I now have to spend over $10,000 more to replace my concrete, add drainage, and replace my liner.

No matter how many times I contacted the owners, believe me I have spoken with them all, they never showed an ounce of compassion. Have never offered to help and in fact gave me a price to replace my 6 year old liner that was $1000 more than their competition.....most liners will last 15 plus years!

This past October I had the concrete torn out so the proper drainage could be put in place. Before doing so I contacted the owner and advised him of my plans and invited him to witness the excavation. He never showed. When the pool was installed the concrete contractor never used a crushed stone base under the walkway which led to the cracking we experienced. Scott Colley never wanted to listen to the complaints. We were told cracking is common in concrete. Well to our surprise not only did this contractor not use crushed stone in huge sections of the walkway he skimped on using steel rebar to hold the concrete in place! I have pictures for evidence Mr Scott Colley!

The excavation, drainage and new concrete has cost us close to $6000.00.
We still have to replace the liner at a cost of $4200.00 as it is not repairable. Not to mention having to constantly top off the water all summer long. plus drain it so a temp patch could be put in place plus drain it & refill it again to replace the liner. Our water bill is over the top since our pool holds 30,000 gallons.
