This issue is compounded by the fact that I have left my name for callback requests multiple times without receiving any response.  If anyone gets laid off from Collins building services, you have a right to unemployment income. Regardless of what company you apply for and get laid off from, you have a right to file for unemployment, regardless if 3 or 5 months, and no matter what the employer says. They can warn or threaten you but nothing will happen when you file for unemployment. If they retaliate, you must contact the department of labor.

 When I tried reapplying in April 2023 their excuse was that there’s not a lot of work. In reality there’s work into the summer time. Even if I applied to work and got in late April, there would eventually be work within weeks. They decided that because of my reviews and experience with NYU and issues with Harry de la Cruz Batista that they did not like me and did not want to hire be back and lack of work is their excuse.

I blame NYU or New York university for being more interested in identifying complainants who choose to be anonymous in order to address concerns anonymously and free of retaliation only to never get hired back because of the ordeal.
