Our company provided pilot car/flag car services to Collins Heavy Haul & Rigging on 4/18/13 from Baltimore, MD to Shelbyville, KY and then from Shelbyville, KY to Gardner, IL. The oversized load was being transported by Collins Heavy Haul from Ritchie Brothers in Baltimore. This took 4 days of traveling and 1194 miles in which we had to return to Baltimore at our expense. The agreed upon amount that Tim Collins, owner of Collins Heavy Haul, was to pay was $1802.00. Additionally, another flag car driver who was lead escort, has not been paid by Collins Heavy Haul & Rigging. After lying and saying they thought check was in the mail, they stopped taking phone calls. They will not respond to faxes or emails. They have stopped voicemail service so that we are unable to leave a message and office phone forwards calls to fax machine.
