COLLISION CENTER OF CUTLER BAY,INC COLLISION CENTER OF MIAMI DADE ATTEMPTING TO OVERCHARGE SENIOR CITIZEN MIAMI FLORIDA

My mother was involved in an accident and was approached by an individual("Marcos") that seems to be an agent or runner(i emphasive seem to be) for lawyers and getting business for body repair shops in the Miami area, she was told that he could fix the car claiming to be the owner of this business"collision center of Miami" which per public records he is not , the person listed as President of this company is Victor Cabrera, he also said he could refer her to an attorney for insurance claims purposes, he had my Mom who is 73 yearrs old drive the car to the shop for repairs where they started working on the car without authorization from my mother, she was not given copies of any papers that she signed and was not explained what she was signinig( she does not speak englsh). After the insurance company Ok to pay $ 2300 for the repairs they decided to charge my mom $ 4600 for additional work without approval , the car is a 2004 Corolla not worth $4600 and now wont release the car and wants to keep it by placing a lien and selling it unless he is paid what he wants. Everyone be careful of these people they affect the honest business that practices fair and honest competion for good work.

NO need to prey on the elderly some day we will all be in their shoes and we all have a mother. My mother lives on social security and has had a breakdown thinking she lost her only method of transportation. This person called Marcos is rude and appears to be shaddy. BEWARE!

PS being a runner is ilegal, my next letter will be to Florida state Bar association.
