Collision Masters Collision Masters Body shop damages car and doesnt take ownership and repair. Kirkland Washington

On 6/8/09 I dropped my car (09 Challenger) off at Collision Master in Kirkland for a rear quarter panel repair and bumper replacement. Car was to be completed in 4-5 business days. On 6/25/09 I hadn't heard from them so I called the body shop to check the status on my car. They said the bumper that was shipped to them was damaged so they had to get another. I scheduled to see my car the following day to check the work done so far and upon walking up to the car I noticed a dent on the roof of the car that was not there when I dropped it off. When I presented it to the estimator he told my that they didn't do it. I asked him about the inspection report and if it was noted when the car was dropped off. He said it was not noted on the inspection report and that they probably missed it because they have a young 18 yr old doing that and you cant expect him to notice everything. As a result he told me they would not take ownership on it and will not repair. As a result, they have left me with no choice but to sue for damages by them. Don't use these guys because they are not honest and don't care about their customers.
