2007 I join columbia house dvds club, thing went good at first, than in Nov, 2007, my account went haywire with charges of 4 to 5 dvds a week, I contact columbia house and than my bank with 300+ over draft fees, so columbia house said it was a erorr and refund my money, so at the time I cancel my membership and told them no more dvds. I had my bank get me a new debit card so they couldn't take out any more money. Since than months has went by, July/Aug 2008 Columbiahouse went into my new account and begin charging for dvds before I knew anything about it without my consent. I call them and ask how they got my new card number, they said I Gave it to them, the woman said don't you remember. Than she said you will complete your new membership. The bank claim they don't know how they could have got my new debit number. I am disable and I don't have money to keep paying the bank overdraft fees. I am force to close my bank account. This company is a ripoff!!!!!!!

I return dvds they sent, that I never order, but no refund. I don't think they will sent me a refund.
