I ordered a free trial online and had to pay 3.95 in shipping and handling. The policy said that you could call within fourteen days and cancel the trial if you wanted but the phone number they provided does not work. If you call after hours it says to call during operation hours, and if you call during operating hours you can only get recordings.
They bill you every month and crap just keeps on coming. I heard from one person that she closed her checking account and were still billing it and she was getting in trouble from the bank. Something needs to be done about these people.
Don't order this. And if you have any legal advice, please help the people who were jipped by this scam, including me. This company has to held responsible and give people their money back.
