Colon Cure / NUBODI Colon Cure Rip Off! No trial period, Billed after canceled. Won't answer phones Las Vegas Nevada

I also fell victim to the Colon Cure / NuBodi scam. Placed my order online 1/10/08. Never received free sample. Called them on 1/24/08 to cancel and explain that I never got the sample. I then asked if they had already billed me since this was the 14th day. Justin (the rep.) said yes it looked like they had billed me even though they are not suppose to bill til the 15th day. I told him I wanted it removed. He said he would take care of it. Had to talk to his superviser but was sure there would be no problem. Told me to call back in 3 - 5 days to follow up. Well guess what... they no longer answer the phone. You get a busy signal or a recorded message saying the lines are busy and to call back later. I called my credit card company the same day I talked to Justin and they informed me since it was just "pending" I had to wait til Nubodi actually received the payment before I could dispute the charge! So here I am now waiting for papers from my credit card company to file a dispute which could take up to 90 days to resolve. Nubodi charged my credit card $87.31 on 1/24/08.

Oh just for the record, I did finally receive the so called free sample ...on the 16th day after I ordered online.
