We also were scammed but we fought back and won! First...if it is on your credit card, immediately call them and put the charge into dispute. They will send you a simple form to fill out. Write down exactly what happened..it happened to us all. You ordered the $3.95 bottle and were sent monthly bottles and charges that you didn't request. You must return the bottles to the company and do it with a return receipt so that you have proof. Don't bother calling them...they won't answer.

I live in Vegas so I went to the office...it was just a mail drop off. They would tell me nothing...but I gave them a piece of my mind for us all! This is a total scam...but you WILL WIN..make your credit card company do the work for you. If you don't call and dispute it they can't. They have credited my account 2 x...so the company gets a "charge back" fee...eventually they will stop because it is costing them money. I called and wrote to Consumer Affairs in Las Vegas...and reported them to the Attorney General's office. We should be on a mission to get them! They have no website either. How do people live with themselves when they do this crap? Don't let them get you! Just fight with your power and you will succeed!
