I ordered the free trial via the website and paid the $4.95 shipping fee and was stated that I would receive the order in 2 to 3 business days. My trial never showed and now I have a charge of 88.97 on my bank account and I never received the trial in order to cancel in 15 days. I called the 800 number and the lady told me I was supposed to cancel in 15 days. First with a trial you have to receive it to try it for 15 days in which I still have not received.
She said I would have to email support for a refund, in which I have and I am hoping I can stop the charge via my bank account so I I want have to worry about getting my money back. The lady sounded a bit frightened and did not know how to answer my questions about how a trial works. She stated that my trial was on its way, but I told her to not send anything to me and never contact me again. The website is http://www.colonmed700.com/ do not order from this company this is shady.
They show credits from CBS, and MSNBC news about the product, the product may work good but the company is a total rip-off for shipping product and taking money from your bank account. I will also report to CBS that they have their name credited to a product and company that is a total rip-off. Do NOT ORDER from this company or you will find your bank account has been attacked by them. By the way I asked the lady on the phone the name of the company she stated Natures Label, but she did sound to for sure either but at this point I don't care to have anything to do with the product or them anymore.
