Thier customer service is any thing but service. My impression is they are all about denying refunds. I would like to start a class action suit against this company, they certainly are not open and above board, and not in any way interested in the customers satisfaction. They have proven that to me. I have already filed a report with the Attorney General's Office in California. I encourage any one to do the same if they feel as if they have been taken for a ride, like me.

The customer service number by the way is 1-866-360-1477, for as much good as it will do you. Certainly, it does not hurt to call and complain and scream. Perhaps they will change thier way of conducting business.
