After signing up for Colonaid700's free offer which actually cost $6.99 and not reading the small print, which to be honest I never saw. After the 15 days mentioned in the small print I saw a charge of $88.00 on my credit card. I immediately emailed them many times and they refuse to credit my card.

When I received my first shipment which I assumed the $88.00 covered I immediately notified ColonAid for an RMA as described below in their Return Policy and they keep referring back to the original agreement which had noting to do with the return policy. They would not even talk about the return policy or RMA. If you call their toll free number it is only for ordering and they say that all correspondence must be done by email.

This company is a total ripoff and should be reported for unfair business proctices. I am going to pursue this with my local consumer reporter from WIS TV in Columbia with over 1 Million viewers.

You're screwed...

You said you waited 15 days, they say you have 15 days from the time they shipped to you. That's not 15 days from when you got it, but 15 days from when they shipped it.

It sucks, but there's nothing you can do about that part.

Was it a free trial? The 6.99 was probably shipping, and you probably had a very small window to actually try the product before they charged you the full price.

Never buy anything off a late night tv commercial.
