I ordered their 14 day sample. It does not work; when I tried to cancel, I couldn't get through on their phone number. Seems it is always busy or asks you to call later "due to high volume". Yes, I'm sure. People are trying to get their accounts cancelled!

Colon cleansing should go hand in hand with a liquid diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, but they do not give you this information when the product comes to you.

Have been trying for days to cancel, but cannot get through. They are only open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MT for cancellation. Their website is available 24/7, but only for ordering. There is no way to cancel via the website and no way to get through on the telephone.

There seems to be no way to stop them from automatically charging your credit card $87.31 (Free Shipping) before your 14 day trial is up. *Trial period begins the day you order*.
