Colonel's Auction House Newport Beach Auction House I paid over 3K and received no products. Called the owner "The Colonel" and he waived 12K not 3k pd Costa Mesa,CA or Las Vegas, NV California,NV

"Hi,

I have recently been by Mr. Coker, he has $3,275.00 of mine and won’t refund me after I discovered he has a past of fraud and criminal activities. I emailed him two links and within two minutes he called and told me he would remove my wife from collections for $2,024.00, I had already paid 600.00 via Paypal and have receipt of it. The total purchase amount was 2600.00 for a supposedly pencil colored original by Picasso. On my account he said I didn’t owe him or my wife anything but that the money I paid $2675.00 for my account for Guitars on my account. Total for my wife’s and my account is $3,275.00. He cursed me after I demanded a full refund even though he said “you don’t owe me nothing and you will be straight, I will call the collector and have him remove you and your wife but the money you gave us, you don’t  get back.” I need help as he won’t return my money and he also secured a defense attorney who sent me an email stating for me to cease and desist. His name is C Conrad Claus. Please help. These purchases were made via LiveAuctioneers.com for company Newport Beach Auction Company. Please help!
